Today's numbers were low again but slightly up on Tuesday. The rain gods were on our side and despite opting for 9 holes only, we all remained completely dry despite the temperature dropping towards the end. 16 seniors contested a multiplier event which tested both golf and mathematics with the following result:
First: Don Wraight, Malcolm Williams, Peter Thomas, Colin Evans 65 points
Second: Andy Mitchell, Tom McGrady, Bob Brown, Ken Tieszen 53 points
Third: Mike Healey, Alan Bottomley, Bob Jarvis, Noel Jones 49 Points
Fourth: Tony Harcombe, Maelor Davies, Barry Evans, Steve Monk 42 points
Hayley's coffee, breakfast sandwiches and mince pies were extremely popular afterwards.
