Seniors kitty competition and match vs Aldersey green at Clays

The match vs Aldersey Green resulted in a win for Clays by 5 matches to 2. Nigel our Seniors Captain indicated there had been some excellent individual results by Clays members as well.

In the kitty competition the results were as follows:-

19 players went out to play an individual stableford kitty competition prior to a team match against Aldersey Green.

Winners of the kitty competition were:
1st - Bill Kelleher, 35 points.

2nd - Harold Hughes, 33 points (back 9 countback). It was interesting to note that Harold would have had a better score IF he had not had a disaster on the 9th. He managed to get in and get out of every 3 bunkers on the 9th!

3rd - Joe White, 33 points.

4th - Stewart Poole, 32 points.
