Cancelled Pryors Hayes Seniors Open plus individual stableford at Clays August 18th 2020

What a wash-out! 36 disappointed Clays seniors woke up to the Pryors Hayes Senior Open being cancelled because of flooding. Tony Harcombe (and wife Kim) did a great job informing participants early doors and I am pleased to add, that quite a few were able to transfer back to Clays and book for rounds at home. Mid-morning tees, usually reserved for seniors, had been released which was only fair to the rest of the membership. Quite a number of seniors still managed to get tees and some even squeezed into the individual Stableford Kitty Comp. Early showers soon dissipated and the later tees enjoyed a bit of sunshine. The new numbers for the Stableford totalled 18 seniors and the result was as follows:

Third:                   Dave Jones                        36 points                            £4.00 (Countback - last 3 holes)
