Today's kitty competition was a '9 x 3' plus '9 x 2' format. 41 players were present and they played in 3 teams of 3 and 8 teams of 4.
The weather was perfect for golf and the course was in very good condition.
Results were as follows.
3-ball teams:
1st - Don Wraight, Bob Brown and Bob Shotton with 90 stableford points.
4-ball teams:
1st - Andy Mitchell, Dave Palferman, Alan Bottomley and Peter Fraser with 105 points.
2nd - Roy Jordan, Cliff Davies, Colin Evans and Irwin Elkin with 98 points (on countback).
