Seniors Match vs Mold at home and kitty competition March 8th 2018

Derek is away in Snowdonia and last night we had heavy snow fall but apparently none at Clays. Golf results  posted below from Andrew Mitchell

1^st   Frank Rodenhurst        32 points

2^nd  Andrew Mitchell          26 points

3^rd   Stewart Poole              25 points

Match against Mold went ahead today. Weather turned out to be fine, bright and sunny but chill breeze.

Course was wet naturally with  16/17 closed.  1^st a par 3, 2^nd temp green, 11^th par 3 temp green.  Course otherwise playing well and improving.

Hayley provided us with an excellent meal, Roast Beef carvery with all the trimmings followed by a apple crumble desert.

Bar was manned by Phil and his wife Gaynor.

5 x 2’s were recorded all by Clays players.
