Lovely and bright today but it was freezing cold at times playing golf in the strong wind this morning.
28 players made up 7 x 4-ball teams to play a Texas Scramble over 15 holes, the 2nd, 16th and 17th being closed due to weather conditions.
Winners were -
1st - Don Wraight, Tom McGrady, Keith Hawthorn and Alan Pocklington with a score of 48.9.
2nd - Barry Dare, Martin Povey, Reg Peacock and Malcolm Williams with 50.0.
