rules of golf being considered in addition to accidental ball or marker movement
on the green.
May putt out with the flag not removed; penalty drop from any height , even
a few inches, rather than from shoulder height; maximum score applied to a hole,
giving the opportunity for a player having reached this score, but not the
green, may pick up and apply the maximum score to their card; not sure how this
would work in competition. Sheriff
