Steve Monk kindly provided the following report on the Seniors comps held on Finals Day.
"Saturday 17th September saw the finals of several club knockout competitions. Amongst them were the Seniors Champion Competition (singles matchplay knockout) and the Seniors Pairs Champions Competition (pairs betterball matchplay knockout). In the singles, Steve Monk was the winner by a score of 2 up against runner-up Chris Jacques. The pairs winners were Frank Rodenhurst and Tom Pearce** who triumphed by a score of 2 and 1 against runners-up Nigel Harris and Dave F Jones."
