The 'Hall of Fame' qualifying
event attracted some 46 players and
raised £93 which was made up to £100 by Bob Brown – Seniors Past Captain and
club Vice Captain. Proceeds in aid of Cancer Research UK. It was good to see Ray Martin back on form.
Frank will now go forward to the Regional Final, which will be held between 6th August and 10th September, venue details to be confirmed nearer the time. Frank will no doubt be looking for sponsors to add to the funds raised for this worthy charity.
